Antique French Victorian Cast Iron Book Press

Here is a wonderful antique French Victorian cast iron bookbinder’s press in restored original multi color condition. All parts have been disassembled, sand blasted, carefully primed and painted. A custom mahogany colored wooden base with felt lining has been crafted to display this piece in library, den or man cave. Base measures about 15.5” x 15.5”, 15” tall. 40 pounds unpacked. A great gift for the collector or bibliophile on your holiday shopping list. See photos for dimensions. Base plate has a welded repair that is difficult to see in the photos.
